The Greenway Birding Club has two walks scheduled for the month of September. The first one will be at Draper Wildlife Management Area in McConnells. This lovely area features fields, forests, and ponds. We could find Northern Bobwhites, Indigo Buntings, and maybe some migrating shorebirds along with the more commonly expected birds for the area.

The second walk will be at the Dairy Barn. This should be a great place and time of year to see fall migrants. We should be able to find some migrating warblers, such as Black-throated Blue Warblers and Black-and-whites Warblers. We are also likely to see American Redstarts and migrating thrushes.

We hope you can come out and join us! Please bring binoculars and register prior to event.
