Canteen Family Meals To-Go

Each meal will serve a family of four. Check out the menu options for the week and sign up for however many you would like.  Pickups will still be taking place at the Lake Haigler entrance and will be done curbside. ** An invoice will be emailed to you once your order is placed.  The invoice must be paid 24 hours prior to pick up or the meal reservation will be canceled**

**Vegetarian Meal** This meal is available for pick up at any of the times posted below.  The menu item will change weekly.  All vegetarian meals will be Take and Heat. This weeks menu item will be a vegetable lasagna with spinach ricotta, squash, and zucchini, and finished with mozzarella.  Includes a build your own Caesar salad and garlic bread. Made with all in house ingredients and served with a classic southern favorite of tasty corn and bean succotash. **Please indicate your pick up date in the add-on comments sections** Cost: $40 

Tuesday, April 7th – Home-made lasagna layered with seasoned ricotta, our meat sauce, and topped with mozzarella. Includes a build your own Caesar salad and garlic bread. Thursday, April 9th – One of our favorites, Meatloaf!!   Incorporated with fresh vegetables and seasoned ground beef to put a succulent twist on the classic dish. Served with a side of handcrafted, rustic mashed potatoes and a colorful squash and zucchini medley to bring it all together. It also includes dinner rolls and herbed butter for a delicious and effortless home-cooked meal. Take and Heat. Pick-up 11 am – 5 pm. Cost: $40

Friday, April 10th – A rack and a half of BBQ baby back ribs slow-cooked in our mouth-watering barbeque sauce served with a side of creamy baked mac n cheese. Home-made cornbread and slow-cooked baked beans all included for the perfect dinner.  Take and Heat.  Pick-up 11 am – 5 pm. Cost: $40

EASTER SUNDAY, April, 12th – Spiral Ham, carved off the bone and sliced.  Served ready to eat. Served with Honey-glazed rainbow carrots, our home-made mashed potatoes, house salad with mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, and carrots with balsamic dressing, and rolls with herbed butter.  It is also served with 4 slices of vanilla cheesecake. The meal is served hot and ready to eat!!! Select your pick-up time when ordering (1 pm -5 pm) Cost: $60
