Earth Day Celebration Weekend

April 16, 2021 - April 18, 2021

To celebrate both Earth Day and Love the Greenway Month, Anne Springs Close Greenway is offering lots of family fun April 16th-18th.

We will have everything from gardening workshops to fire-building skills so there is something for everyone.

We can’t wait to see you out there!

Earth Day Events:

Earth Day Weekend is free for members with a $5 parking fee for non-members.

 

Multiple Day Events

Recycled Art Competition: All day throughout the weekend. April 16th-18th.

Fishing Clinics: 1oam-11am @ Lake Crandall, April 17th and Lake Haigler, April 18th

Reptile Encounters: 11am-12pm & 4pm-5pm @ the Nature Center. April 17th and 18th

Ask a Master Gardener: 9am-5pm Friday, 12pm-4pm Saturday, 1pm-3pm on Sunday. April 16th-18th @ the Betsy McLean PAR Garden

Campfire Snacks Demonstration: 12pm-1pm @the  Outdoor Classroom located at Lake Crandall. April 17th and 18th

Archery- Try it out!: 1pm-3pm on Saturday and 2pm-4pm on Sunday. Located at the Archery Range located at the Adventure Road Entrance. April 17th and 18th

Guided Hike-History: 2pm @ the Dairy Barn map kiosk. April 17th and 18th
