Farm to Fork Beer Dinner at the Gateway Canteen

Join us December 4 at 6:30pm for our Farm to Fork Dinner featuring beers from Amor Artis Brewing in Fort Mill and dishes locally/regionally sourced from partners of the Catawba Farm & Food Coalition. Space is limited to 32 total attendees and reservations are required.

Starters: Chicken Pot Pie Soup and Salad | Beer: “I Make Honey Moves” Honey Sour Ale
A rustic cream based chicken and vegetable soup finished with our home-made pie crust! Served beside a South Carolina Greens Salad with a Clemson Blue Cheese vinaigrette.
Fish Course: NC Rainbow Trout + Cheddar & Herb Grits | Beer: “Like A Fine Wine: Wits” Belgium Wit
North Carolina Rainbow Trout pan seared and seasoned to perfection finished with Amor Artis Steam Engine Lager braised collard greens. All served over creamy South Carolina cheddar and herb grits.
Meat Course: Pork Chop + Brown Sugar Roasted Brussel Sprouts | Beer: “Indigo Road Plum” Pale Ale
A beautiful local double cut pork chop espresso rubbed, and sous vide served over a parsnip puree and served with brown sugar roasted brussel sprouts.
Dessert: Red Velvet & Bacon Bread Pudding | Beer: “Cherry Poppin Dubbel” Belgium Dubbel
Last Call: “Ryes N Shine” Imperial Stout
Brewed with Rye Whiskey Barrel aged coffee beans from Sospeso Coffee Roasters.
