Little Explorers is a 6-week program for children ages 2-3 years old to experience nature-based learning alongside their caregiver. Bring your children to get hands-on with nature and experience a variety of what nature has to offer through play and exploration! The class will be led by a teacher who will help children and adults feel comfortable in nature and discover the joy and benefits of learning outdoors. Each day will have a theme and include a song, activity and hike. Children are never too young to be outside exploring nature, so come join the fun!

Details

• There are TWO one-hour classes offered each Monday; 9:00-10:00am or 10:30-11:30am
  • These classes are not interchangeable throughout the entire 6-week session
• Geared for ages 2-3 years old (Siblings under 1 year old do not need to sign up. Not all adventures are stroller-friendly.)
• $150/child, 20% discount for Greenway Members
• Registration is for the entire 6-week session. Should you wish to register after the first class, please email Programs@ASCGreenway.org for assistance.
• Caregivers must be present for the entirety of the class.

Dates

• Session One: 2/24/25 – 3/31/25, Registration opens November 1, 2024
• Session Two: 4/7/25 – 5/19/25, Registration opens February 3, 2025
• Session Three: 8/11/25 – 9/22/25, Registration opens May 1, 2025
• Session Four: 9/29/25 – 11/10/25, Registration opens August 1, 2025

Programs are rain or shine, except for severe weather. If we cancel due to severe weather, we will provide a full refund. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, we will provide a refund. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will not be eligible for a refund or the option to reschedule.
