Little Explorers is a 6-week program for children at least 2-3 years old* to experience nature-based learning alongside their caregiver. Bring your children to get hands-on with nature and experience a variety of what nature has to offer through play and exploration! The class will be led by a teacher who will help children and adults feel comfortable in nature and discover the joy and benefits of learning outdoors. Each day will have a theme and include a song, activity and hike. Children are never too young to be outside exploring nature, so come join the fun!

Details

• There are TWO one-hour classes offered each Monday; 9:00-10:00am or 10:30-11:30am
  • These classes are not interchangeable throughout the entire 6-week session
• During sessions 2 and 4, there will be ONE one-hour class offered each Thursday; 9:30-10:30am
• *Children must be two years old by the date of the first class they are registered for. (Siblings under 2 years old do not need to sign up. Not all adventures are stroller-friendly.)
• $165/child, 20% discount for Greenway Members
• Registration is for the entire 6-week session. Should you wish to register after the first class, please email Programs@ASCGreenway.org for assistance.
• Caregivers must be present for the entirety of the class.

• Registration opens September 1, 2026 for:
  • Session Four (Mondays): 9/28/26 – 11/9/26
  • Session Four (Thursdays): 10/1/26 – 11/12/26

Programs are rain or shine, except for severe weather. If we cancel due to severe weather, we will provide a full refund. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, we will provide a refund. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will not be eligible for a refund or the option to reschedule.
