Learn the basics of winter tree identification with Clemson Extension Forestry & Wildlife Agent, Robert Carter, PhD. The class will cover identifying characteristics such as bark, twigs, piths, buds and tree form with time spent walking the grounds identifying trees and discussing their unique winter characteristics.

This program qualifies for 3 hours towards Master Naturalist Advanced Training annual requirements.
