Flow with yoga instructor, Lidia, every Tuesday this winter in our historic Dairy Barn. These classes will focus on bringing awareness to the mind, body and breath through a variety of yoga poses. Emphasis is on alignment and self-awareness for a safe practice. Develop and maintain strength, flexibility and balance for your health and wellbeing.
