This relaxing yoga class focuses on providing your body and mind with time to rest and recharge so you feel refreshed for the second half of your week. Each class will begin with guided yoga movement and breathing and continue with deep, restful stretches to relieve tight muscles and calm your mind. Finish each class with a restorative savasana for body, mind and spirit.
All are welcome, from beginners to seasoned yogis! Please bring a blanket or towel with you in addition to your yoga mat – it will be used in poses to enhance your relaxation!
Ages: All ages (Please keep in mind we try to keep a calming atmosphere in the class and we ask that everyone keeps voices low and stay mindful of other yogis.)
Cost: $12 per person, 50% discount for members
Registration for January and February will open Dec. 15. Registration for March-May will open Feb. 15. Registration for June-August will open May 15. Registration for September-December will open Aug. 15.
Programs are rain or shine, except for severe weather. If we cancel due to severe weather, we will provide a full refund. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, we will provide a refund. If you cancel with less than 48 hour notice, you will not be eligible for a refund or the option to reschedule.
