Unwind Yoga and Guided Relaxation
Unwind with yoga instructor, Lindsay Erickson. This relaxing yoga class focuses on providing your body and mind with time to rest and restore so you can feel recharged for the second half of your week. Each class will begin with 10 to 15 minutes of yoga movement and breathing, followed by 30 minutes of deep, restful stretches to help relieve tight muscles and calm your mind. We’ll finish each class with a 15 minute guided relaxation inspired by Yoga Nidra.
All are welcome, from beginners to seasoned yogis! Please bring a blanket or towel with you in addition to your yoga mat.
Cost is $5 for members and $10 for non-members.
