Join us for an unforgettable Valentine’s Dinner at the enchanting Founders Dairy Barn, a venue steeped in romance and history.

Your evening includes:

  • A luxurious four-course prix fixe dinner from Greenway Catering (menu below).
  • A complimentary glass of champagne per guest.
  • Tableside dessert and wine service to make your evening extra sweet. (Beer, wine, and cocktails available for an additional charge.)
  • Live music throughout dinner.
  • An ultra-mini photo session with a professional photographer. Includes digital images.
  • Select non-alcoholic beverages, taxes, and gratuity are also included.

  • Due to the intimate size of this event, seating is limited. Reservations are required.
  • Full refunds available for cancellations made more than two weeks before the event.

Prix Fixe Dinner:

First Course: Duck Confit Crostini (Shared Plate)

Savory duck confit layered with red onion and fig jam, creamy goat cheese, and artisan crostini. Topped with sautéed fennel and garnished with jewel-like pomegranate caviar.

Second Course: Grilled Endive and Tomatoes Provençal

Tender grilled endive paired with herbed tomatoes Provençal, topped with silky shallot confit and delicate shavings of Parmesan, finished with a champagne citrus vinaigrette.

Main Course: Sea Salt and peppercorn-crusted filet Mignon
Perfectly seared filet mignon crusted with sea salt and peppercorn served with a decadent black truffle Béarnaise sauce. Accompanied by asparagus almondine and rich, creamy gratin dauphinoise.
