Prix Fixe Dinner:
First Course: Duck Confit Crostini (Shared Plate)
Savory duck confit layered with red onion and fig jam, creamy goat cheese, and artisan crostini. Topped with sautéed fennel and garnished with jewel-like pomegranate caviar.
Second Course: Grilled Endive and Tomatoes Provençal
Tender grilled endive paired with herbed tomatoes Provençal, topped with silky shallot confit and delicate shavings of Parmesan, finished with a champagne citrus vinaigrette.
Main Course: Sea Salt and peppercorn-crusted filet Mignon
Perfectly seared filet mignon crusted with sea salt and peppercorn served with a decadent black truffle Béarnaise sauce. Accompanied by asparagus almondine and rich, creamy gratin dauphinoise.
