Chef Chris Alves has created a special prix fixe menu for our intimate and memorable Valentine’s Day Dinner. Each reservation includes a four-course meal and carriage ride. Reservations are required and can be made between 5 and 7:50pm on Feb. 11, 12 and 14 for $230 per couple.
Valentine’s Day Prix Fixe Menu 2022
February 11th, 12th, and 14th
1st Course: Caesar Salad
Served wedge style with Roma Crunch lettuce topped with diced pancetta, parmesan crisps, house-made croutons, and finished with a traditional house-made Caesar dressing.
2nd Course: Shrimp Tagliatelle
Tagliatelle pasta cooked al dente and tossed with a brown butter, garlic, white wine and lemon sauce. Finished with jumbo shrimp, diced tomatoes, wilted spinach, and fresh diced parsley.
3rd Course: Filet Mignon
8 oz season filet mignon, cooked to your desired temperature, and finished with a gorgonzola cream sauce. Served with sauteed white asparagus and potatoes dauphinoise.
4th Course: Crème Brulee Cheesecake
A delicate vanilla bean cream layered with rich cheesecake and topped with caramel glaze and finished with caramelized sugar.
Price: $230 for 2, $460 for 4
All reservations include a Carriage Ride*, Four-Course Dinner, Non-alcoholic beverages, All applicable taxes, and gratuity.
*Carriage Rides are weather permitting, the safety of our guests and our horses are extremely important to us.
Please arrive before your start time and the carriage rides will be at the beginning of the reservation. Late arrivals may not be able to do their carriage ride or might have a reduced ride time, we will work it in if possible. Thank you.
