Founders Dairy Barn
Built in 1947, the Founders Dairy Barn is an iconic and inviting venue, perfect for both indoor and outdoor events. Downstairs accommodates more than 200 people seated. A lovely outdoor patio area can be tented and will accommodate an additional 200 people seated. The upstairs loft accommodates up to 300 people seated theater/wedding style.
Field Trial Barn
The Field Trial Barn Field harkens back to the days of field trial competitions, testing the skills of hunting dogs. Overlooking scenic rolling hills, this venue enjoys a charmingly rustic atmosphere. The Field Trial Barn accommodates up to 100 guests seated inside, 100 guests seated on the patio, or 200 guests standing inside and on the patio.
Venues for Every Occasion
Comporium Amphitheater
Nestled among the trees, the Comporium Amphitheater accommodates up to 1,000 guests on the property, 150 guests seated in front of the stage and 300 guests seated on the adjacent activities lawn that can also be tented. The amphitheater is within walking distance to the historic Dairy Barn.
Greenway Gateway Lawn
Providing one of the best sunset views in Fort Mill, the Greenway Gateway Lawn serves as a gorgeous outdoor site for timeless events.
The Lawn accommodates up to 200 and can be tented.
Domtar Forest Porch
Tucked in nature alongside the historic Nation Ford Road, the Domtar Forest Porch serves as a gorgeous outdoor site for all types of intimate events.
The Porch accommodates 150 guests standing and 100 guests seated on the adjacent lawn (tenting available).
Historic Graham Cabin
The Graham Cabin brings history and nature together and can serve as a backdrop for ceremonies, speakers, or corporate events. The adjacent lawn allows for a tented reception, dining or gathering space.
Venue accommodates up to 100 seated or 150 standing.
Bruce T. Rush Pavilion
A beautiful hardwood ceiling and stone fireplace make this open-air shelter the perfect venue for small gatherings with close proximity to Lake Haigler and Scoville Dock.
Venue accommodates up to 75 guests at picnic style seating under shelter, or up to 100 guests seated under shelter with additional seating and tenting available to rent.
Gibson House Lawn
The Gibson House Lawn is located at the Greenway's beautiful Farm & Stables entrance. Overlooking Patterson Pond, the historic horse barn and the Crandall Bowles Children's Farm, the Lawn serves as a gorgeous outdoor site for timeless events providing guests a relaxing environment to celebrate. Venue accommodates 100 guests seated or 150 standing.
