The Full Menu for the Greenway Canteen at Anne Springs Close Greenway. The taco menu includes Steele Creek Tacos with 3 grilled salmon tacos topped with avocado pico and our signature honey avocado sauce for $13.95 and can be made gluten free upon request, Carne Asada Tacos with 3 carne asada tacos topped with onion, diced tomatoes, lime crema and fresh cilantro served on fresh flour tortillas for $13.95, Chicken Street Tacos with 3 chicken tacos marinated in tomato, cilantro, and fresh lime juice topped with fresh tomato, cilantro, onion, and avocado served on fresh flour tortillas with lime wedges on the side for $13.95. Corn tortillas can be substituted on all tacos for an additional $1 and plant-based beef can be substituted on all tacos for an additional $3. The burgers and dogs menu includes the Canteen Cheeseburger with 1/3 pound of house-ground and seasoned certified angus blend of brisket and chuck, grilled and topped with cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, and garlic aioli served on a brioche bun for $11.50, Black, Blue, & Bacon Burger with 1/3 house-ground and seasoned certified angus blend of brisket and chuck, stuffed with blue cheese and finished with blackened seasoning, blue cheese crumbles and bacon and served on a brioche bun for $13.50, Greek Burger Cheeseburger with 1/3 pound of house-ground and seasoned certified angus blend of brisket and chuck, grilled and topped with feta, banana peppers, lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced onion and tzatziki sauce and served on a brioche bun for $14.50. Greenway Hot Dog with ¼ pound of certified angus beef hot dog with your choice of ketchup, mustard, pickles, and slaw served on a New England split roll. Bacon can be added to any burger or hot dog for an additional $1.50 and gluten free bread can be substituted for an additional $1. Note: Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. The salad menu includes a Chopped Salad (gluten free) with mixed greens, blue cheese crumbles, dried cranberries, apples, sunflower seeds, and a side of bacon and citrus vinaigrette for $12.95, a Greek Chicken Salad (gluten free) with marinated chicken grilled and served on top of mixed greens, tossed with banana peppers, tomatoes, kalamata olives, onion, and feta cheese for $12.95, and a Grilled Salmon Salad (gluten free) with mixed greens served with a freshly grilled salmon filet topped with cucumber, avocado, tomatoes, carrots, and finished with a citrus for $14.95. Chicken can be added to any salad for an additional $5 and salmon can be added to any salad for an additional $7. Sides are a la carte, including house-made mac and cheese for $3, house-made slaw for $3, Greek pasta salad for $3, chilled tomato cucumber gazpacho for $5, and chips for $2. Subtract $1 from side price with purchase of a salad or sandwich. The sandwich menu includes Grilled Cheese and Gazpacho with 3 cheese (American, cheddar, and gouda) grilled and served with a side cup of our chilled tomato cucumber gazpacho for $11.50, Timberline BLT with house seasoned bacon with sliced tomato, lettuce, avocado, and basil aioli spread and served on toasted sourdough for $9.95. Coltharp Cuban is our take on a Classic Cuban sandwich; sliced ham, in-house smoked pork, gouda and house-made pickles pressed on our house baked rolls and finished with our Dijon spread for $13.50. Gluten free bread can be substituted on any sandwich for an additional $1. The Kids Menu includes Grilled Cheese made with American cheese served on sourdough bread for $3.95. Gluten free bread can be substituted for an additional $1. Mac and cheese comes in a generous bowl of our house-made mac and cheese for $4.95.
