Applications are subject to a processing period of approximately 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email once your application has been reviewed and processed, or if additional information is needed.

1. If you are interested in adding the Dog Park in the future, please complete our Dog Park Interest Form. All dogs included on the membership application must have current vaccination records and be spayed/neutered. Proof of records is required. Vaccinations required include Rabies, Bordetella and Distemper & Parvo (may be abbreviated as DAPP, DA2PPC, DA2pp, DHPP, DHPPV, DHLPP).
2. Membership to the Mary Warner Mack Dog Park is an upgrade to the basic Greenway family or individual membership. The add-on Membership fee to the dog park is $144 annually with a current annual Greenway membership or $13 per month to be added to your current Greenway membership monthly bank draft.
3. Dog Park members must be 16 years or older. Children 12 and under are not permitted inside the Park; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
4. No more than four (4) dogs are allowed per membership. No more than two (2) dogs per person are allowed when visiting.

Records should clearly list the dog's name and the owner’s name. The owner’s name must match the primary member name on the corresponding Greenway membership.

information.

Typically receipts of vaccinations do not provide the information we need (including expiration dates of the vaccines). We prefer the vaccination record, sometimes called boarding and grooming
records. Please ensure all appropriate information is included.

It is the responsibility of the owner to provide updated vaccine records to the Anne Springs Close Greenway. The Greenway will contact owners who have dog(s) with expiring records as a reminder, but updated records must be submitted before vaccines expire to maintain membership. Failure to provide updated records can result in removal from the Dog Park membership.
