New Digital Membership Card FAQ

In an effort to better serve our members, we're introducing a new version of our digital membership cards with extended compatibility and other benefits. This upgrade will not disrupt member status or access, but it will require you to delete your current card and download the new one to your iPhone or Android device.

Below are answers to some commonly asked questions about this process.

Why do I need a new card?

This improvement will allow all your members to have enhanced compatibility in the long term for their digital cards.

Will this change my member number or affect my status/access?

No, your membership will not be impacted. Member numbers will not change and membership details (including expiration dates) will remain the same. This update will help you continue enjoying all of the Greenway's benefits while using the most up-to-date version of your digital card.

How will I receive my new card?

You will receive an email with instructions and a download button. If all household members share the same email address, you will receive an email for each card.

What do I do with my old card?

You will need to remove your old digital card as it will no longer be valid.

Card removal instructions for iPhone users:

  • Open the Wallet app.
  • Tap on the "three dots" icon to access the back of the card.
  • Tap on the "Remove Pass" button

Card removal Instructions to remove old cards for Android users with Google Wallet:

  • Open the Google Wallet app.
  • Tap on the "three dots" icon to access the back of the card.
  • Tap on the "Remove" button
  • Instructions to remove old cards for Android users with WalletPasses:
  • Open the WalletPasses app.
  • Tap on the "i" icon to access the back of the card
  • Tap on the "Remove pass" button.
