Group Exercise is a fantastic way to stay on track, and our fitness classes give you access to an assortment of fun and results-oriented Group Exercises that cover all the essentials of total fitness.

About some of our classes:

ZUMBA!® is a fusion of Latin, International and popular music/dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance steps.

Total Body Workout is for both muscular strength and endurance. Continuous movement to great music keeps the heart rate up for a sweat drenched sculpting session.

Cycling: Bringing the principles of outdoor cycling to indoor bikes. Focus on developing strength & endurance with drills such as steady state, muscle tension & sprints.

Swim Fitness: Focus on drills and form as you develop an efficient swim stroke. Training for a triathlon? Want to improve your form? Swimming for fitness? This class is for you! Emphasis is placed on drills, techniques, stamina & strength. Participation requires the ability to swim 50 yards.

Yoga: A physical approach to the yoga practice connecting postures, movement and breathing.

Stretch & Strength: Guides you gently through a series of lovely, effective poses, focusing on bending but covering the entire body in a calm, attentive way. Always aware of alignment, classes are absolutely perfect for the beginners, gentle yoga lovers, inflexible athletes and 55+, among others.
