Classes may use resistance tools that include buoyant water weights and noodles. Because of their low-impact format, aqua aerobics classes are suitable for every fitness level – from beginning exercisers to elite athletes. Classes are free as a benefit of your membership. Participants may bring and use their own water shoes and gloves.
