Nothing says “fall” like trail running in the crisp morning air with leaves crunching under your feet on beautiful single track. Join us as we continue the storied tradition of the Springmaid Trail Race on Saturday, October 27! Whether you’re joining us for our first ever Dog Jog 5K (top overall pups get medal and prizes!), taking on our 10K or newly added Half Marathon, or just coming to cheer on friends – we can’t wait to see you out there!  All proceeds benefiting the Mary Warner Mack Dog Park. Runners and spectators alike will enjoy music, adoptable dogs, food and cider as free race snacks for runners! We will also be hosting a Dog Park Open House on October 27 from 10a-2pm so make sure you come visit our 12-acre park and see what this race supports!

6:30-9:30am – Registration – packet pickup
7:00am – Coffee truck on site
8:00am – Half marathon start
9:00am – 10k start
9:30am – 5k and Dog Jog start
10:00am – Mary Warner Mack Dog Park Open House Starts
10:00am – Food trucks, beer and cider available for purchase
11:00am – Awards Ceremony for 5k/Dog Jog/10K
1:00pm – Awards Ceremony for Half Marathon
2:00pm – Mary Warner Mack Dog Park Open House Ends

PRIZES
All participants signed up before October 8 are guaranteed a race t-shirt with packet pick up. Medals will be given to top three finishers M/F in each category. Prizes will go to top 3 overall M/F and dog in each category.

WEATHER POLICY
Our events run rain or shine unless there is severe weather. While we never want to cancel a race, in situations such as tornado warnings, thunderstorms, heavy and persistent rain etc., we will need to cancel. Should we cancel you will be notified via social media, our website, and email. Should we cancel there will be no refunds as that money has already been put toward the race.
