Admission & Fees
Admission to Forest Forms at Anne Springs Close Greenway included in the cost of a Greenway membership and is also accessible to guests with a daily admission fee.
Tours of the sculptures are self-guided.
The Anne Springs Close Greenwayâ„ and renowned artist Huelani Mei invites nature enthusiasts and art lovers alike to embark on an enchanting journey through Forest Forms, a traveling outdoor art exhibition that celebrates the beauty and harmony of the natural world. The Greenway will host the exhibition from September 13, 2025 through April 30, 2026.
Forest Forms showcases eighteen captivating sculptures, ranging in height from a whimsical five feet to a monumental twenty feet. Each larger-than-life work embodies the essence of nature. The sculptures will be strategically placed within the heart of the Greenway’s 2,100-acre property, extending from the Steele Creek swinging bridge to Lake Haigler. All installations will be conveniently located within approximately a half-mile radius of the Greenway Gateway at the Lake Haigler Entrance.
Admission to Forest Forms is included in the cost of Greenway membership and is open to non-members with a daily admission fee.
Is this your first trip to the Anne Springs Close Greenway?
The Lake Haigler Entrance is the most visited entrance of the Greenway and is home to the Greenway Gateway (visitor center). The Gateway serves as a launching point for adventures on the Greenway and houses our friendly Guest Services staff who can provide an orientation to the property, our 40 miles of hiking, biking and horseback riding trails, as well as assist visitors with memberships and registration for Greenway programs and special events.
While you're here, visit the retail shop, grab a bite or a beverage at the Greenway Canteen (onsite restaurant), explore the Schroering Forest Playground and so much more!

Foxtails and Paint Trails- Paint a Fox Workshop

Get inspired by nature during this instructor-led painting workshop featuring one of the Greenway’s most iconic Forest Forms sculptures—the fox family! Arrive early to explore the outdoor exhibition, then bring your creativity to life with the guidance of a professional artist. No experience necessary—pre-sketched canvases will help guide your design.Â

Skulls & Pelts Discovery Station
Saturday, November 8 | 1:00-2:30pm (drop-in)
Get a closer look at some of the animals that call the Greenway home! Drop by this hands-on discovery station to explore real skulls and pelts while learning fun facts about local wildlife from our knowledgeable staff. Perfect for curious kids and adults alike. No registration required.

Petals & Palettes - Adult Sip & Paint Workshop
Saturday, November 22 | 5:30-7:30pm
Unwind and get inspired during this instructor-led painting workshop, designed just for adults! A professional artist will guide you step-by-step through the painting process. No experience necessary—canvases will be pre-sketched to help you confidently follow along. One drink ticket is included in registration.

Coiled Creations - Reptile Encounter and Paint a Snake Craft
Saturday, December 13 | 10:00-11:30am
Slither into discovery with this hands-on, educational reptile encounter! During this hands-on educational program, you’ll learn about the snakes and turtles that call the Greenway home. You might even get the chance to gently touch one!
Afterwards, cozy up by the fire and bring a coiled creation to life with paint and imagination as you paint a wood snake. All materials provided—just bring your creativity!
- Cost:Â $15/person, $12/person for Greenway Members
The Sculptures
The exhibition sculptures showcase flora and fauna that thrive within the Greenway, celebrating the vibrant ecosystem that calls this special property home. Crafted from powder-coated steel in a style reminiscent of line drawing, Huelani Mei's sculptures emanate a sense of fluidity and grace.
